Any time's the RIGHT time for a Grilled Cheese Sammy
I love a grilled cheese sandwich any time! And though I have a tabletop grill, a cast iron skillet is how I grew up making them. Just turn the pan on, put a little dab of butter in and put the sandwiches in. Turn over when they're just golden brown and the cheese is melted. Serve with tomato soup is one of my favorite ways to eat them!
